Our client, a global unicorn in the technology and higher education sector, is looking for an . This role requires building and growing corporate accounts throughout Singapore from the ground up. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of the leadership and talent development landscape in the region and have a robust network among HR and L&D professionals, including connections with both local and international corporations.
Annual base salary up to SGD 150K plus attractive commissions.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in corporate (B2B) sales, preferably with a background in Executive Education or HR/L&D Consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to engage in and position conversations about talent and leadership development with CHROs, L&D and HR professionals, as well as Business and C-suite executives.
- Established relationships with leading local, multinational, and public/government sector organizations.
- Proficiency in developing and presenting persuasive proposals to corporate clients.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong grasp of regional marketing and positioning strategies to develop and maintain a solid growth pipeline.
- Experience in selling online executive education or blended learning solutions to corporate clients is highly advantageous.
- Background in business consulting firms may also be considered.
