Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to plans, schedules, and safety standards.
- Manage and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols on-site, conducting regular safety meetings and ensuring all personnel are trained and equipped to work safely.
- Monitor work quality and ensure that construction standards and specifications are met, conducting inspections as necessary.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and adjusting timelines as needed to meet deadlines.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper utilization while minimizing waste.
- Identify and address any issues or delays that arise during construction, working proactively to find solutions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, site conditions, and any incidents or issues to upper management.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that project requirements are understood and met.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, changes to plans, and compliance with regulations, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Min 3 -5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in a construction or healthcare projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate work under tight deadlines.
- Willing to relocate to Hong Kong during project duration.
