Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to plans, schedules, and safety standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  • Enforce safety regulations and protocols on-site, conducting regular safety meetings and ensuring all personnel are trained and equipped to work safely.
  • Monitor work quality and ensure that construction standards and specifications are met, conducting inspections as necessary.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and adjusting timelines as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper utilization while minimizing waste.
  • Identify and address any issues or delays that arise during construction, working proactively to find solutions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, site conditions, and any incidents or issues to upper management.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that project requirements are understood and met.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, changes to plans, and compliance with regulations, ensuring all documentation is up to date.


Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Min 3 -5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in a construction or healthcare projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate work under tight deadlines.
  • Willing to relocate to Hong Kong during project duration.
