A public listed corporation, our client is a global leader in the design, building, and operation of data centers. They are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their growing corporation.
As part of a 5-man team, the Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for the financial and operational responsibilities such as assisting with Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR), vendor & tenant management and facilities management. Reporting to the Property Manager, the incumbent will assist to offload the administrative and office management duties such as procurement of office supplies, booking of amenities as well as assisting in the meeting of minutes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Degree in Real Estate/ Business Management/ Finance/ Accounting/ Admin or related fields
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in facility/property management,
- Experience in administrative/customer service or accounting/finance role will have a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills
