As a Teacher Aide, you shall provide administrative support to teachers for the smooth and effective operations of the school.
· Preparation of lesson materials and resources including supporting teachers in the Science experiments prep work and stock-taking.
· Logistical support related to lessons and/or school programmes
· Assist with student-related activities such as keeping track of students’ attendance, loans, lost & found, sorting and collation of worksheets, etc
· General Administration such as binding, laminating, shredding, preparation and verification of documents, maintaining and updating of data records, housekeeping of files etc.
Any other duties as and when necessary.
You should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
· 3 or more GCE ‘O’ level passes including English;
· Good team player;
· Good communication and interpersonal skills;
· Preferably with 1 year of work experience in school general administration;
· Proficient in IT skills such as Microsoft Office
