Job Description:
- In charge of execution of service and maintenance workflow.
- Responsible for liaising closely with client representatives on all service and maintenance related issues.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
- Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
- Responsible in providing support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot, service and maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
- Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
- Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Min 1 year of working experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must
- Possess Class 2 or 3 driving license
