To qualify for the role, you should possess:
- Demonstrated an understanding of market mapping, research process and creating search reports.
- Proactively source, screen and assess potential candidates for both current and future requirements using a range of direct sourcing strategies including market mapping, networking, headhunting, and the web.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop and grow relationships
- An ambitious personality with a track record of achieving high levels of success in your previous endeavours
