Responsibilities:
- Involved in SAP SD, MM, and PS user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and for enhancements to existing systems.
- Monitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to technical aspects of implementation.
- Provide on-going application support
- Support SAP SD, MM and PS based on business requirements, policies, and standards.
- Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.
- Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation.
- Review service targets and ensure that service targets are met, as well as maintain high service levels to customers.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Relevant working experience with SAP SD, MM, and PS.
- Relevant experience in ECC 6.0 preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in information technology
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
