- Analyse and recommend investment opportunities in Singapore Real Estate sector, covering commercial and residential properties
- Managing existing assets to enhance portfolio performance
- Prepare periodic market and performance reports
- Business Development for EV charging business
- Research and develop business case and investment thesis for new businesses
- Lead and execute the implementation plan for EV charging at existing malls and residential projects
Requirements:
- A good degree in Real Estate/Business/Finance or related discipline
- Strong in financial modelling and investment feasibility studies
- Possess strong analytical and financial skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel application
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
