The Role:

To assist the HR Manager on full spectrum of HR Operations matters such as personnel management, HR policies & procedures, compensation & benefits, employees’ relations, payroll, recruitment and other HR administration.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinate on employees’ onboarding and offboarding

· Manage employees’ benefits administration such as insurance enrolment/termination, leave management and etc

· Responsible for payroll management i.e. liaison with payroll vendor on monthly payroll processing related matters/documents and to ensure employees’ salary is released with accuracy and on a timely manner.

· Assist HR Manager on the implementation of HR Policies and other HR programs/projects to support Company’s business objectives.

· Generate monthly HR reports and other ad-hoc HR related reports/analysis.

· Prepare HR letters on employees’ movement and career progression i.e. transfer, confirmation, promotion, annual increment, bonuses and etc.

· Attend to employees’ queries/requests, providing information/advice/assistance to all employees on human resource issues, rules and regulations.

· Handle inquiries from Operations relating to disciplinary issues, staff grievances, labour disputes, employee benefits, HR Policies & Procedures.

· Upkeep employees’ records such as employees’ personal file.


REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

· Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in Human Resource Management, preferably HR professional with strong HR operations background.

· F&B experience a must

· Experience in F&B payroll processing a must

. Familiar with WICA processing

· Knowledge in Labour Laws and Industrial Relations Practices.

· Meticulous, good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Self-starter, good sense of urgency and able to work under extreme pressure.

· Ability to cope with fast-paced working environment.

· Able to start in short notice, immediate availability preferred.
