Job Description & Requirements
- Good in developing, organizing, planning, and executing projects while working within restraints like budgets and schedules.
- Communicate with client and your project team mates during a project. Ensure the flow of information within the project, especially during the production stage.
- Managing subcons and suppliers, Prepared, organized, clear, concise, and respectful to all parties.
- Prepare work schedules for all projects.
- Monitor ongoing project progress and tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Design and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution. Provide support to sales and procurement teams for sourcing of materials if needed.
- Site surveys ensure all defects of your projects are closed.
- Provide ad-hoc after-sales support.
- Provide quotations on occasion.
- Upkeep proper filing system alongside colleagues.
- Provide M&E drawings and ensure minimal disruptions to production issues to prevent monetary loss. You shall manage the overall project production sequence.
- Must fulfil company the assigned SOPs and KPI.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, renovation, or construction fields.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD is advantageous.
