Job Description & Requirements

  • Good in developing, organizing, planning, and executing projects while working within restraints like budgets and schedules.
  • Communicate with client and your project team mates during a project. Ensure the flow of information within the project, especially during the production stage.
  • Managing subcons and suppliers, Prepared, organized, clear, concise, and respectful to all parties.
  • Prepare work schedules for all projects.
  • Monitor ongoing project progress and tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Design and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution. Provide support to sales and procurement teams for sourcing of materials if needed.
  • Site surveys ensure all defects of your projects are closed.
  • Provide ad-hoc after-sales support.
  • Provide quotations on occasion.
  • Upkeep proper filing system alongside colleagues.
  • Provide M&E drawings and ensure minimal disruptions to production issues to prevent monetary loss. You shall manage the overall project production sequence.
  • Must fulfil company the assigned SOPs and KPI.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, renovation, or construction fields.
  2. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD is advantageous.
