Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day – 8.30am to 5.30pm | Saturday – 4 hours per day – 8.30am to 12.30pm
Project Duration: 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct site supervision and inspection of works, including any off-site manufacturing, as directed by the consultant team to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Monitor the progress of works on-site and at off-site manufacturing facilities, reporting any delays immediately.
- Provide standing supervision as directed by the consultant team.
- Perform site supervision duties in compliance with the Building Control Act.
- Ensure that all works are executed according to the approved drawings.
- Support the Resident Engineer with all site and construction-related tasks.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in supervising mechanical works, including plumbing and sanitary systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
