Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the office in any type of architectural project.
- Project management and coordination.
- Progress monitoring and site inspections.
- Preparation of tender documents and specifications.
- To liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client team.
- Resolve problems that arise during construction.
- Meet project schedules.
- To maintain high standards.
Expertise and Qualities:
- Degree and/or Diploma from a recognised university.
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment.
- Ability to self-motivate with good time management skills.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team
- Familiarity with HDB projects is an advantage
Technical Expertise:
- Contract administration (SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract).
- Good technical knowledge and strong detailing capability.
- Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice.
