Job Description:
• Manage and coordinate calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Communicate in office with all levels of staff to ensure coordination
• Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
• Manage and maintain the confidentiality of personal files and confidential information
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the department.
Requirements:
• Min 3 years working experience in related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
