Career Opportunity for a Production ENGINEER
The production engineer reports to the Production Manager. The main responsibility lies in preparing report, analyse data and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving production-related problems. You are able to contribute towards achieving organization’s goal on excellence and advancement, possesses the ability to communicate effectively, dedicated, passionate with a positive attitude to inspire and create followers. Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of production efficiency through continuous improvement and cost effective
- Identify, trouble-shoot production problems and improve production processes
- To initiate and carry out the necessary corrective action for non-conforming product
- Liaise with outside contractors relating to scope of work and projects assigned by immediate Superior
- Identify training needs for employees and recommend training and upgrading of potential employees
- Maintain and update operating manuals for all the manufacturing equipment and facilities
- Ensure high standard of product quality standards to IATF16949 and ISO13485
- Ensure good housekeeping and safe working environment

- Work with different level of hierarchy to achieve a cohesive relationship
Requirements:
- Diploma in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in related field and industry
- Singaporeans/PRs are preferred
