Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of Human Resources functions including monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21 tax clearance, and FWL.
- Responsible for day-to-day HR operations such as leave application, attendance, medical leave & etc.
- Liaise with government bodies CPF Board, MOH and MOM.
- Handle application/cancellation of work pass for employees.
- Maintain all employees data and update of information changes in the payroll system.
- Provide support for office administrative duties, data-entry and filing of documents.
- Answering queries through phone calls/emails / social media.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirement
- Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of local employment laws & HR related matters.
- Experience in F&B will be preferred.
- Pleasant personality, able to communicate well with all levels of people
- Proficient in MS-Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
