We are looking for a fun, motivated, and driven team player to join our retail team at our flagship store in Singapore - a key figure in the overall offline brand experience.

The current position offered will be Retail Team Lead or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the "Group").
Roles & Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations ie. opening, closing, daily stock take, customer service, cashiering, visual merchandising, goods receiving or deliveries
- Ensuring excellent in-store customer service and experience
- Achieving or exceeding the brand's sales and customer growth targets
- Planning and executing all in-store activities required by the Group
- Building strong in-store loyalty with customers, and assisting with analysis of trends, customer insights and demographics to increase brand loyalty
- Assisting in reporting on product and overall sales performance
- Working closely with the Retail & Community Manager on rostering, maintaining service and disciplinary standards
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years working experience in retail (Fashion or F&B a bonus) or a customer-facing role
- Honest, hardworking, responsible, pro-active and a strong team player
- Able to converse fluently in English
- Must be able to commit 44 hours a week, including one day each weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
