MUFG Investor Services is searching for a skilled Application Support Analyst with experience in banking/finance solutions for financial and fund administration. Your role involves handling internal operations and support, collaborating with external vendors, and contributing to a team managing various applications. You'll play a vital role in connecting business teams with IT Solutions.
You Will:
- Provide Level 2 Incident & Problem Management support by working with vendors and/or Internal support teams to resolve technical and user issues during migrations, and other events.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the applications you manage, including system architecture, data structures, scheduled jobs, reports, and interfaces to other applications.
- Document IT & Business user procedures and requirements around 'IT Change Management'. Support user training.
- Assist data integration between different financial systems and ensuring accurate data exchange to support business processes.
- Support Project Managers in plans related to 'Public Markets & Business Core Operations Solutions'.
- Participate in new platform releases, as well as testing activities to confirm system changes, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring they meet quality standards before deployment.
- Interact with vendors of financial systems about technical issues and the coordination of enhancements.
- Examinations and Audits - Respond to requirement from regulators and auditors to provide support for information requests.
- Support the business in 'Business Continuity' and 'Disaster Recovery' initiatives.
