Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of planogram and operational guidelines of product launches across the region.
- Adapt Global/APAC guidelines and develop design proposals for in-store activations and Sephora animations.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth execution of launch visuals, POSMs, trade animations.
- Collaborate with marketing / commercial teams to compile counter and animation pictures for HQ/APAC reporting.
- Support VM operational matters e.g product ordering, POSM shipment, cost tracking and PO creation.
