- You will be part of the proposal and solutions design team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to build strong relationships while understanding customer requirements and providing technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Provide technical support during the sales process, including answering technical questions and addressing customer concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies in Physical Security.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our solutions.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance product offerings based on customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in a PSIM (Physical Security Information Management), VMS(Video Management Systems), ACMS(Access Control Management Systems), and ISMS(Integrated Security Management Systems) related pre-sales role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams and closing deals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to provide solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent presentation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role to collaborate closely with the Consultancy, Sales, Project, and Maintenance Team.
- Translate technical requirements and present them clearly to the C-suite is a bonus
