Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support on ERP System to internal and external stakeholders (support consultant role).
- Work across teams to gather details of issues, escalate the issue to the Level 3 technical support team, and follow up until the issue is resolved.
- System testing and on-site support for upgrading projects.
- Log and keep records of customer queries.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Accountancy
- Experience in ERP Systems (Sage, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central) - Finance and Supply Chain Management module.
- At least 1-year of experience in the related field is required for this position, accounting knowledge is preferred.
- Good communication skills have a natural disposition towards providing excellent customer service, and independence in taking ownership of solving issues.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent team player and able to work in a multitasking environment.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
