Job Responsibilities:
• Provide an exceptional customer service by assisting in the selection and purchase of jewelry items.
• Explain and educate customers on the features and benefits of various jewelry pieces, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional and positive manner.
• Keep the Jewellery display areas organized, clean and visually appealing.
• Process transaction accurately using NETS/Credit Card/PayNow and handle cash transaction responsibly.
Qualifications:
• Previous retail or sales experience with a focus on jewelry preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open minded and positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of gemstones, metals and jewelry design preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and Public holidays.
