Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare and handle preparation of cold food
2. Prepare and handle preparation of hot food
3. Prepare raw ingredients as per SOP
4. Prepare cooked and partial finished product as per SOP
5. Assembling product as per SOP
6. Food Preparation for Delivery/Catering Guests
7. Food Preparation for quantity ordered by the outlets
8. Packaging of food as per SOP for delivery purpose
9. Maintain a high level of hygiene standards
10. Maintain equipment cleanliness and overall kitchen cleanliness
11. Assist to Manage Inventory level inside the facility
12. Assist to Manage Ordering inside the facility
13. Follow the rules and regulations of the company policy and facility location policy
14. Reports to Kitchen Lead
Preferred Skills
1. Previous work experience inside Kitchen would be a plus point
2. Chopping/Cutting/Slicing of ingredients (Vegetables and Protein)
3. Familiar with South Asian cuisine would be a place point
4. Willingness to learn
5. High level of initiative
6. Able to work well as a single individual and as a team player
7. Food Safety Level 1 is a must
