Role: Resident Engineer at C2D Solutions Pte Ltd
C2D Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced full-time Resident Engineer to oversee the technical aspects of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of technical supervisors to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
- Collaborate with Professional Engineers, regulatory authorities, and contractors for planning, design, and supervision to solve site problems and ensure timely project completion.
- Implement and maintain the site supervision quality and safety assurance system.
- Supervise structural and geotechnical works, identifying any contractor non-conformities.
- Understand and interpret drawings and contract documents.
- Conduct regular site checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations per MOM.
- Attend site progress and technical meetings with the project team and client to address issues.
- Ensure proper management of site documentation, including meeting records, safety documents, and submissions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university and registered as a Resident Engineer with IES.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising industrial developments, with expertise in bored piling, precast structures, and structural steel.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM is preferred.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel.
