Sales Admin Executive
Working Hours : Mon to Fri (office hour)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:
• Act as point of contact for customers via email, WhatsApp, or phone for inquiries, quotation follow-ups, and addressing concerns.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally and ensure accurate information is provided.
• Manage correspondence including sending/receiving emails and drafting letters as required.
Order Processing/ Docketing:
• Process sales orders received from customers or sales representatives, ensuring all details are accurate.
• Enter sales orders into the company's system (Ezi Accounting) promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of orders, including checking for any discrepancies.
Sales Support:
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team by liaising with subcontractors/suppliers to obtain quotations.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with order processing software (e.g., Ezi Accounting) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
