- We are looking for an Online Sales Support
- The role will start out as a contract
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
- Ideally E-Commerce background
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience in a sales environment preferred
- Skilled in various computer programs including SAP, Microsoft Office etc
- Good interpersonal skills, multi-task and ability to follow-up.
- Strong team player with an ability to work within a matrix organization
- Good customer service
Job Description
- Provide sales and administrative support to Online team including order management (eCommerce platform and official eShop)
- Support in day-to day orders flow in process, supply chain including but not limited to stock management to customer related queries
- End-to-End flow: Support the key sales support systems/processes (trade-in, eVouchers, etc) required to meet the rapid growth of the business.
- Execute operational tasks through collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders, as well as external partners.
- Manage internal communications with both internal and external stakeholders
- Uploading sales report & churning of sales report
