We are looking for experienced Product Manager for HCM SaaS application, who shall do following:
- Manage the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Support product positioning and customer demand, and guide product development from conception to launch.
- Evaluate product functionalities and performance and propose enhancements to products based on market feedback.
- Research and analyse potential partner relationships for the product and generate ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Drive market research studies to explore new technology and oversee development of business proposals for new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Overall 15-20+ plus years of experience, primarily as an HR Expert in leadership roles and recently as Product Manager for enterprise HCM SaaS application
- Should have worked with leading corporate as HR Business Advisor, guiding on business growth in Asia market
- Should have worked in HR consulting, advising organisations of various sizes and from global market & regions, helping them with their unique growth requirements
- Must have recent 6+ years of experience working in Singapore market and helped companies grow in SEA, India, Australia and other global markets.
- Last 3+ years should be as Product Manager for HCM SaaS product suite, catering to Singapore customers, as well as growing product fit to other SEA and India markets.
- Should have manage whole product life cycle of HCM SaaS product suite for Singapore and SEA enterprise market, support product posiitoning and customer demand, evaluate product functionalities and performance, research and build product partnerships in the region, drive market research studies to explore technology stack as well as overseen development of business proposals for various new growth opportunites
