Roles & Responsibilities
- Establishing and enforcing safety guidelines for workers to follow while on the job
- Supervising a team of cleaning crew in carrying out day to day cleaning activities at the client's premises
- Supervising workers to ensure they are performing their duties in a safe and effective manner
- Maintain records of all equipment and inventory in the cleaning store
- Ensuring that all personnel are complying with applicable laws and regulations
- Scheduling work crews to ensure that all tasks are completed within time frames specified by management
- Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget
- Conducting inspections to ensure that work is being performed efficiently and effectively
- Responsible for the daily preparation of attendance adjustment form
- Training new employees on how to perform their jobs properly
- Require to conduct a proper On-the-Job training to all new staff
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday
