Scope:
- Maintain partial/full sets of accounts and assist to prepare monthly management accounts
- Accounting for property development/investment projects
- Loan administration functions
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent and consultants on compliance matters
- Manage cash flow and working capital
- Support the team on ad hoc assignments and project implementation
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy with 3-5 years of relevant full sets experiences
- Team player
- Meticulous and detailed
