Working Hours
- Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
- Fridays: 6.30am to 3.15pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
The Services required are set out as follows:
a) Providing office support service
- First aid to students, handling calls and preparation of documents
- Any other duties as informed by Admin Manager and School Leaders.
b) Visitor management
- Attending to walk-in customers
Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel
The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
a) Good interpersonal and communication skills
b) Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
c) Good team player with a high level of initiative
d) Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in school administration will be preferred.
