Accountabilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users on various technical issues and problems relating to end-user devices (e.g., desktop/laptop computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices, videoconferencing equipment, projectors).
- Daily operational health checks for the IT infrastructure.
- Manage and administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other related services.
- Manage Intune and Endpoint Manager services, including device enrollment, configuration, and policy management.
- Setup and deploy new desktop / laptop computers and the associated software, including Azure Active Directory (AD) administration.
- Support service request and incident management to provide quality end-user services.
- Ensure and follow standard IT service delivery processes in accordance with IT policies and procedures.
- Work closely with various team of engineers (internal & external) for troubleshooting.
- Maintain and up-keep IT equipment inventory and documentation, in compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Assist immediate supervisor in the definition methods for issue resolution and prevention.
