Responsibilities
- Enhance and simplify the IT helpdesk processes to be more seamless and digitalized.
- Assist in designing and enhancing the current UIUX software applications and digital systems.
- Identify the current manual tasks and eliminate redundancy by introducing digitalization such as software design and development.
- Support data analysis efforts to derive insights and optimize IT processes.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new prototypes and test new features.
- Participate in meetings to discuss project progress and share ideas.
- Provide hybrid technical support to the users for basic issues.
- Help maintain existing documentation related to project specifications and processes related to ITSM.
- Conduct Research on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform projects.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any relevant fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
