We are seeking Staff Nurses passionate about mummy and baby care to join My Queen. My Queen is the 1st prenatal and postpartum wellness centre located in Sentosa, supported by a medical team. We aspire to provide prenatal and postpartum care for our quintessential women, to empower and support modern women in their maternal journey.
We strive to educate our mummies on topics varying from breast care to infant care. Marrying modern knowledge and traditional cultural insights by maternal-infant experts, we would like to deliver a blended maternal care model that emphasizes parental bonding and positive emotional wellbeing. As a Staff Nurse (Maternal Healthcare), you will learn from our Clinical Nursing Leader (RN) to execute effective delivery of optimal care to our customers. You will need to assist our Clinical Nursing Leader(RN) to coordinate teaching and counseling plans to help meet customers’ & family's complex needs where appropriate.
- Uphold Company’s vision and mission.
- Effectively communicate our center’s nursing standards, policies and procedures and ensures these are well understood, accessible and complied by the junior health care assistants/basic care assistants.
- Assist Clinical Nursing Leader to incorporate nursing care policies and procedures in our center.
- Assist Clinical Nursing Leader to review and update relevant nursing care policies and procedures that can be implemented in our center.
- Conduct customers’ rounds to promote and maintain healthy customer satisfaction levels.
- Conduct one-one essential trainings to customers, to ensure that they are comfortable in the stay within the center.
- Act as mentor, coach & counselor to junior health care assistants/basic care assistants.
- Assist Clinical Nursing Leader in regular trainings for junior health care assistants/basic care assistants to ensure competency level of the staff.
- Ensure there is a robust Workplace Safety & Health culture within the team.
- Work effectively with other team members within the same center.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Able to do Shift Work
A Successful Candidate should have/be:
- At least a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent (recognised by Singapore Nursing Board)
- Good working attitude with ability to work in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Courteous and exhibit genuine concern for patients
