Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to boost turnover, profit, and market share.
- Lead the sales team to achieve top customer satisfaction.
- Align sales and support teams to be market leader.
- Provide product and engineering support, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage the department budgets, and sales commitments.
- Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and service teams to grow market share and enhance service penetration.
- Ensure CRM tool adoption by sales executives, and drive sales activities including lead generation and account management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Participate in management activities, optimize department organization, and handle recruitment and team development.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, analyze results, and develop action plans.
- Communicate results and action plans to the team and senior management regularly.
Requirements
- Strong experience in automotive sales.
- Class 3 driving license.
