Job Scope
- Support a culture of workplace excellence and positive employee relations, fostering joy at work through the timely and effective resolution of employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and whistle-blowing complaints.
- Ensure that policies and procedures related to employee relations comply with tripartite guidelines/advisories and employment regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to establish a fair and robust framework for effectively managing employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Work with internal stakeholders to track and follow up on whistle-blowing cases for timely resolution and closure.
- Provide secretariat support to Management in internal reviews and investigations, aiding in decision-making on employee disciplinary issues.
- Strengthen and promote positive employee relations by raising awareness of discipline-related policies through staff training and promoting best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly
- Team player with the ability to engage stakeholders from across different job functions and work settings
- Well-organised and independent with the maturity to manage employee relations matters with tact and sensitivity
- Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity and manage tight deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
