Job Description
--Maintaining and updating our database and student records through our school management system.
--Monitoring daily schedules of teachers and students to ensure the smooth running of classes.
--Dealing with and evaluating all academic affairs related to ERF (e.g. course registration, course planning and course delivery, AEB meetings)
--Evaluation of students based on their individual learning progress.
--Completing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
--Dealing with all examination related matters including registration, payments for examinations etc.
--Event Organisations (e.g. music festivals, seminors, music concerts, community activities)
Requirements
--Bachelor's degree or higher in music performance.
--Have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in music education (musical instruments/music theory teaching) and PEIs (including academic matters related to ERF).
--Familiar with academic matters related to PEIs.
--Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people at all levels.
--Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
