Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and resolve complex issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and tools.
- Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relate field and above.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Experience in system engineering, IT support, or a related role are advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10, 11 & Server) and office productivity software.
- Basic networking fundamentals.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Understanding of security principles and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc
