Head of Strategic Partners, Asia Pacific
What you do
You will
- Be responsible for delivering key results of the business plan for Partnerships, both top and bottom line, and supporting the entities meet plan targets.
- Monitoring the region's performance in this channel compared to strategy and plan, through business reviews, financial performance reporting + Analytics, and other financial metrics.
- Evaluates and analyses business cases based on their potential to support the strategy while maximising returns and minimising risks, and recommends them.
- Collaborate, Challenge and Create a Go to Market proposition with clear differentiators with Regional Partners and support the Operating Entities similarly with Local Partners, including looking for new partnerships that OEs would engage in.
- Internal stakeholder management and be the bridge between operating entities Home office, and other stakeholders (e.g. marketing, Finance and products).
- Builds a strong and stable relationship with all heads and key stakeholders across all operating entities.
- Identify new business development opportunities to grow the channel within the region and work closely with all internal and external stakeholders on executing the acquisitions.
- Directly coordinate and develop key Partner relationships on a regional basis and build long term sustainable business models.
What you bring
- Min Degree qualified with at least 12 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, of which at least 8+ years of experience in bancassurance/partnerships
- Fluent in English, additional Asian languages desired
Possesses sound knowledge of sales, sales processes, and trend identification as well as a profound understanding of products and back-office functions - Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management ability
- Team player with good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Solid track record in past positions
