Job Description
- Governance & Risk Management
- Work closely with the Compliance Manager to provide oversight over the Organization’s adherence to legislative and regulatory standards;
- Keep abreast of regulatory and legislative changes and provide updates on regulatory changes and/or legislative requirements to management & employees;
- Conduct process reviews with the Organization to assess effectiveness of internal controls.
- Data Protection
- Provide guidance and support to the Data Protection committees within the Organization;
- Evaluate, implement and monitor personal data protection compliance policies, procedures, controls and/or remediation measures.
- Education & Awareness
- Foster a data protection culture amongst employees and communicate personal data protection policies to stakeholders;
- Administer and conduct compliance training to employees, and other educational events/ activities to raise awareness on risks, data protection and compliance.
- Ad-hoc Duties
- Support any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by supervisor and management.
