Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive generative AI initiatives, balancing technological capabilities with business goals to create impactful solutions.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance the bank's digital wealth capabilities and competitive edge.
- Explore and implement generative AI technologies to enhance digital wealth management offerings.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and recommend relevant innovations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with IT, data science, and product teams to integrate cloud and AI solutions into the digital wealth platform.
- Design and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Optimize cloud resources to ensure high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate cloud services seamlessly.
- Develop and manage the digital wealth product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, progress, and outcomes.
Qualification:
- Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Experience and knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks and their application in financial services
- Understanding of financial services, wealth management, and the ability to translate technological innovations into business value.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them forward, fostering innovation and team collaboration.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and knowledge of cloud architecture, deployment, and management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Relevant certifications, such as AI/ML certifications, are highly valued though not mandatory.
