Work Location: Tampines (School Setting)
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm
Contract Period: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Job Description
· Customer Service – Front counter duties, such as attending to students, parents, walk-in customers, vendors, etc
· Call Management – Make and answer telephone calls, record messages, direct calls and relay messages to relevant school personnel as necessary
· Record keeping – Assist in data entry and compilation
· Logistics – Assist with ad-hoc staff requests, such as preparation of school materials, facility booking, etc
· Student Services – Collate student data, administer applications for financial assistance and other support schemes
· Any other duties as and when assigned by the School.
Job Requirement
· At least N-level passes in English and Mathematics or relevant WSQ certificates
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
· Ability to interact effectively with students, parents and stakeholders
· Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
· Ability to handle basic issues independently
· Good teamwork skills and a collaborative attitude
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
· Relevant working experience in similar roles, preferably in a primary school
