Job Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site architectural work to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to address design-related issues.
- Review architectural drawings, detailing, and specifications, ensuring proper implementation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor the progress of architectural work to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Ensure that materials used conform to approved specifications and drawings.
- Assist in resolving any technical or design issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare progress reports and provide updates to project management and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in supervising architectural works on construction sites.
- Hands-on experience in coordinating with architects, contractors, and site teams for the execution of architectural designs.
