With 22 beauty awards and operating in 38 countries across retail, Amazon & our direct channel, we are set to continue our rapid growth. From haircare, suncare and skincare, we combine clinically proven actives with tropical goodness and a sustainable beauty focus.
In 2024, we have a product launch pipeline with 15 product launches across 8 key moments plus we are launching the brand instore with top global retailers. It will be the biggest year for Coco & Eve in the brand's history.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the creative team to conceptualise and execute a multitude of static creative assets such as banner ads, EDMs, and other digital marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with marketing and social teams to produce engaging video content (e.g., ads, GIFs, Instagram posts) for social media channels that align with brand objectives and enhance online presence.
- Contribute to broader creative tasks, including video editing, photoshoots, retouching, product styling, and other multimedia initiatives.
- Taking part in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas for various campaigns such as product launches, sale campaigns, etc.
- Providing feedback and ideas to optimise and build a conducive, creative, and inspiring work environment.
Requirements
- Degree in graphic design, visual communications or similar and/or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of professional experience as an in-house digital designer
- Experience in the ecommerce, beauty industry experience is a huge plus.
- Creating thoughtful designs (be it in the form of a video ad or static banner) will come as second nature.
- Proficiency in design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital work.
- Must possess strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a natural ability to adapt to feedback, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in managing brand design for an international audience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage individual projects from concept to completion.
