Responsibilities
1. Ensure service level availability of the Force.com platform and integration applications and provide on-call support for break/fix/enhancement activities to resolve application issues.
2. Implement customer-based solutions and develop products on the Force.com platform using Apex and Visual Force
3. Assist with the planning of application changes, development, and installation of upgrades and new releases.
4. Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third party applications
5. Lead customer-driven solutions utilizing strong technical design skills and strong working relationships with internal groups
6. Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised processing analysis.
7. Develop, document and enforce application standards and procedures
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities judiciously
9. Strong commitment to customer service, employee efficiency, and company growth
10. Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
Skills/Requirement
1. 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Lightning, Apex & Visualforce
2. Strong Salesforce experience with exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
3. Strong in creating Lightning components (Aura knowledge is a must, LWC will be additional advantage)
4. Srong in Apex, Visualforce and LWC
5. Apex Enterprise Patterns Knowledge/Experience
6. Expertise in Configuration elements including Workflows, Validation rules, Process Builder
7. Well versed in any modern IDE (like VS code) and familiar with Git/Bit Bucket
8. Good to have PSS knowledge
