- Review and interpret construction drawings, method statements, and risk assessment forms for job and tender submissions.
- Serve as the main liaison between the site office and headquarters to facilitate the integration of e-invoicing systems.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Assist in promotional and marketing initiatives to revamp the company's corporate website.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all site activities and communications.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Experience with integrating e-invoicing systems is preferred.
- Background in promotional or marketing activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software eg. Asurix.
