Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis and validation, delivering insights as needed to support business initiatives.
- Automate scorecard reporting across business units using tools such as Python, R, VBA, and Power Automate.
- Create and maintain Power BI data visualizations for operational metrics, KPI tracking, and financial analysis.
- Design PowerApps to collect and track valuable data to improve productivity, cost management, and anomaly detection.
- Provide IT troubleshooting support to resolve platform malfunctions promptly.
- Participate in OPEX (Operational Excellence) and CIP (Continuous Improvement Program) initiatives to enhance processes.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Data Science, Computer Science).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT-related or data-focused role.
- Proficiency in Python, R, VBA, Power Automate, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive work ethic.
