Job Descriptions
- Serving of food and beverage items.
- Ensure guests’ requests are not delayed during the operations of the Restaurant
- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, the maintenance of furnishings and equipment and the proper set up of the Kitchen and connected areas or pantries.
- Provide clear information relating to the Restaurant’s operating hours, dress code, food service, etc. to the guest.
- Attend all team briefs as required.
- Participate in monthly physical stock takes of the Restaurant, including but not limited to glassware, plate ware and crockery.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
