What you'll do:
As an Operations Associate, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of client operational data and brokerage agreements. You'll take on stewardship responsibilities, ensuring seamless front-to-back operations. Your expertise will be crucial in leading regional infrastructural projects, representing Operations in working groups. You'll also collaborate with IT on delivery of Operations sponsored enhancements and IT technical developments. This role offers you the chance to make significant contributions to process workflow efficiency, automation, and strategic project initiatives.
- Execute Client and Operational Data and front to back brokerage agreement for all clients' stewardship responsibilities on a daily basis.
- Maintain high quality, clean data by adhering to a strict governance and controls framework.
- Provide business brokerage analysis reports for brokerage rate negotiation with customers.
- Liaise closely with the front office and back office to provide accurate rates and product list for all the brokerage agreements.
- Work closely with front and back stakeholders on all matters related to brokerage and client data.
- Support the Team Manager by driving system integration projects as well as cross-training team members on multi-branded processes/services.
- Support cross functional Operations divisions for change implementations on process workflow efficiency and automation or strategic project initiatives.
- Design and implement process excellence within Operations using automation tools to mitigate operational risk and time savings.

The ideal Operations Associate brings a wealth of knowledge in data-oriented processes across multiple sources and systems. You have experience with operational workflows and understand how data is used and maintained through the trade lifecycle. Your background may include knowledge of financial markets and regulation affecting client lifecycle management. Your professional integrity, excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities make you a standout candidate. You're also comfortable working in fast-paced or pressured environments and can handle criticism constructively.
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Coding and advanced Macro skills.
