Core Duties:
- Prepare trolleys with water and hot beverages for breakfast, teabreak, lunch and dinner service, ensuring timely delivery to patients.
- Serving and providing feeding assistance to certain patients as directed by nursing staff.
- Assist in topping up supplies between morning meals, tea breaks, lunch and dinner service.
- Respond promptly to patients' call bells, relay their requests to the appropriate department, and ensure timely resolution.
- Guide and assist patients to toilets as needed.
- Monitor patients closely, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry supplies, alerting nursing staff to low stock levels
Additional Duties:
- Collaborate with nursing staff in changing and cleaning patients when necessary.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the department-in-charge, contributing to the smooth operation of the healthcare facility.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum PSLE Certificate or equivalent
- Able to read and write in simple English
- Able to work in shift system (No Night/ Graveyard Shifts)
