Responsibilities:
- Be the regional subject matter expert of BIPO’s HCM solution functionality for the global team
- Prepare system demo environment &/or POC where necessary
- Present and demonstrate BIPO HRMS functionality client meetings
- Collaborate with external stakeholders (business users) on qualification of requirements
- Prepare and develop responses to global RFPs/RFIs (Request for Proposals/Information)
- Identify product gaps and align with Product Team for enhancements &/or customisation requests
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ working experience in solutions/pre-sales role in Human Capital Management industry
- Ability to present and articulate responses to HCM functional business requirements
- Fluent in English. Language proficiency in Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory
