Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with administrative support tasks as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite for various administrative functions
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Handle email correspondence and inquiries
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in written and verbal interaction
- Administrative support for Sales & Marketing
- Receive and process sales orders (SO) from customers
- Verify by comparing price, quantity and item of sales orders received with quotations
- Perform the registration of SO
- Respond to email and other digital queries
- Researches as requested and compiles and summaries information for reports and presentations
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong data entry skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to provide administrative support effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
Experience with calendar management and email handling is a plus
